Typically premium-priced, we’ve recommended the DeWalt 10-Tool Combo Kit as a great power tool set for handy folks who want to switch out several tools at once or simply kickstart their tool collection. The comprehensive set features a reciprocating saw, circular saw, drill/driver, impact driver, grinder, oscillating tool, and blower—plus equally important garage accessories including a work light, wet/dry vacuum, and speaker. More than 1,000 shoppers at The Home Depot would agree that the bundle offers a lot of value, particularly at Black Friday’s low price.

Another bundle deal that we’re excited to see this holiday is on Ryobi tools. This line tends to be more budget-friendly even at full price and remains a decently reliable brand for cordless tools. (We’ve tested a number of them!) While it might not be a pro’s first choice, this six-tool combo—with a 1/2-inch drill/driver, 1/4-inch impact driver, reciprocating saw, 5-1/2-inch circular saw, multi-tool, and LED light—will suit a beginner or a homeowner who simply wants to be prepared.

Two go-to power tools for less than $99? Yes, please! The Bosch Power Tool Combo Kit offers an affordable way to add a new ⅜-inch drill and ¼-inch impact driver with two batteries, a 30-minute charger, and a soft carrying case to your tool collection. The drill is almost identical to one that we tested when reviewing cordless drills and liked for its compact size—extremely easy to maneuver in even tighter spots.
Klein Tools 93LCLS Laser Level on Amazon for $149.97 (Save $86.40)
It’s technically not a power tool, but it is a great tech upgrade to your standard bubble level. This professional-grade laser from Klein Tools ticks most of the boxes we look for in a quality laser level and performed well in testing—all for a more modest price than our top pick. The Klein Tools 93LCLS has both vertical and horizontal beams, but it also features a plumb-spot finder that projects above and below the level, which can be a real asset when installing conduit, piping, or drop ceilings. We only wish that it offered a 360-degree beam, but can overlook this drawback when it’s on sale.
